We are experts in the use of the JunoViewer deterioration modelling framework. We are specifically dedicated to a modern, pragmatic and evidence-based approach to modelling. In this domain we deliver a full range of services that include:

• Client liaison to extract business rules and preferences for treatment application and optimization of network condition;
• JunoViewer model configuration and testing;
• Design and calibration of evidence-based deterioration models for model parameters based on data that is available on your network;
• Scenario analysis for different budgets and risk scenarios;
• Development of Forward Works Plans for short, medium or long term maintenance periods; and
• Reporting and presentation of findings.

Modelling of the SRU and NRU networks in Melbourne, Australia as part of the Ventia Tender for these contracts. Aspects of the work included:

• Data processing to align various data sources including algorithms to correct and check location references data based on GPS coordinates;
• Statistical analysis of latest condition across multiple parameters and analysis of historical trends;
• Design and calibration of deterioration models to accurately mimic historical data central tendency and spread for this network;
• Programming of the JunoViewer Deterioration Model Setup (DMS) file, model testing and refinement;
• Deterioration modelling using the JunoViewer framework. This included scenario analysis for different budget levels as well as running a grouped, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) target model to find the optimal budget for meeting a complex set of specified KPI parameters over the modelling period; and
• Analysis, documentation and presentation of outcomes. Working with the Ventia tender team to analyze scenarios and finalize a planned programme of works.
